Awesome!!
I think so too – Mero’s words are like poetry!
This is really cool! We are on a journey within our room at this ment around Mana Atua | Well-being and what a privelledge it has been to embrace the many dispositions of our well being ☺️.
But this just cuts the cake really opens up new avenues from a Te Ao prospective.
I love that – there are so many ways you could explore this further, so glad Mero’s words have sparked a deep-dive into richer wellbeing!
This is a beautiful karakia thank you Rosie, I will hang this in my classroom. Quite timely as we are doing a unit around karakia at the moment. Ka rawe.
You’re so welcome – Mero’s beautiful words were just crying out to be made into a graphic and displayed!
This karakia is so timely and so apt. I came across it via the Kindness Institute’s Instagram page and felt immediately drawn to it’s message to take a moment to just breath and take time just for you. Beautiful x
I’m so happy to hear that – Mero’s words are just beautiful aren’t they?
