We’ve all got students that would benefit from some extra TLC and awhi as they move out of our immediate care and into their new classrooms. This mini booklet is a simple way to support their transition to their new environment. It’s designed to be personalised with drawings, keywords and photographs – print it and keep it on hand to add to as new information comes to light (class placement and new teachers and teacher aids etc). Your students can take it home at the end of term to share with their whānau and work through the final prompts with them.
